In the early hours of this morning – ok it was 8.50 am, in a far flung corner of West London, ok it was the BBC Building in White City, the voice of a movement sounded its battle cry, and it was the sounds of Rock a Bye Baby.
Sophie Barker, writer and performer of Zero7’s finest moments, ’In The Waiting Line’ and ’Destiny’, along with producer KK appeared on BBC Breakfast Time to give the message of the importance of the lullaby in the development of children.
The album "Lullaby", an album of nursery rhymes and lullabies sung by Sophie, has been in childrens charts around the world for many months, and is now the only CD available in Marks & Spencers up and down the country.
